Coir Empower is led by three women whose journeys—across education, global exposure, public systems and technical disciplines—have converged to build a sustainable, women-led enterprise.

Veena B.S.
Veena B.S. is a seasoned entrepreneur whose work spans over two decades across education, governance, agriculture and community development.
Her entrepreneurial journey began in 2003 with the co-founding of
M.N. Infotech – a training and mentoring platform focused on equipping students with practical industry-relevant skills.
This early work laid the foundation for her long-standing commitment to human capital development and employability.
Her professional association with BBMP (Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike) provided her with deep insights into urban governance, public systems and community infrastructure, strengthening her ability to design initiatives that work at scale.
Expanding her focus to sustainability, she moved into organic farming and turmeric cultivation where she actively promotes environmentally responsible practices while supporting rural livelihoods.
These diverse experiences converged into the creation of Coir Empower—a platform designed to build economically independent, women-led rural enterprises.
In collaboration with the Karnataka State Coir Development Corporation Limited (KSCDCL), her work focuses on:
● Training woman in Coir Mat making for livelihood.
● Creating structured market access for coir products
● Enabling stable income opportunities for rural women through pilot projects in remote areas.
● Building self-sustaining livelihood ecosystems
Her leadership is defined by clarity, patience, and long-term thinking.
Sneha Eshwar
Sneha Eshwar represents the next generation of leadership—bringing international exposure, creative thinking, and structured business strategy into Coir Empower.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Interior Design from Italy, with academic and cultural exposure in Florence—one of the world’s most influential design capitals. This global experience shaped her approach to aesthetics, functionality and sustainable design thinking.
Before and alongside Coir Empower, she has led entrepreneurial ventures across:
● SSS Legacy Infra – focusing on project execution and infrastructure development
● Equipo Event Management – delivering curated, concept-driven event experiences
These ventures strengthened her expertise in:
● Project planning and execution
● Client-centric delivery
● Team leadership and operations
At Coir Empower, she plays a key role in:

● Business structuring and scalability
● Positioning coir products for modern and global markets
Her strength lies in translating traditional craftsmanship into market-ready, future-relevant solutions.
Brunda Eshwar
Brunda Eshwar brings a highly disciplined and structured approach to entrepreneurship, shaped by her background in engineering and aviation.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and has undergone professional aviation training, including programs at:
● Florida Flyers Flight Academy, USA
● BAA Training, Lithuania
This unique background has instilled in her:
● Process discipline and operational precision
● Strong decision-making under pressure
● Accountability and safety-oriented thinking
● High efficiency in execution
At Coir Empower, Brunda is responsible for building the operational backbone of the organization.
Her role includes:
● Developing production systems and workflows
● Establishing supply chains and vendor networks
● Ensuring quality standards and process consistency
● Supporting on-ground implementation of women employment programs
